Staging is not going to change the market conditions, but it will hugely increase your homes' marketability.

When Elle Interiors stage your home, it is all about creating a warm and inviting ambiance, one that makes buyers imagine themselves living there. For most sellers, it is hard to be objective when evaluating their own home. By using the help of a professional, your home will be transformed from the house you live in, to a property that will appeal to most buyers. We will look at your home through the eyes of a buyer, and help you get it ready to sell!

How much does it cost?

Elle Interiors offers a wide range of staging services, starting at $180 for a 2 hour consultation, during which we will walk you through the steps that you need to take to get your home ready for the market. With this low budget alternative, after the consultation, you will do the work.

If you prefer, we will stage your home for you. We will discuss with you what should be done, and make decisions based on your budget. This might involve bringing in furniture and accessories, painting etc.

Remember – the cost of staging is almost always less than your first price reduction!

Can all homes be staged?

Every home can, and should be, staged in preparation to sell! Age, condition, vacant or not – every home for sale can be made to look its best and therefore sell faster and for more money.
