Consultation Services
Elle Interiors offers design consultations for clients who already have an established style, and/or are just looking for ideas and inspiration for their renovation projects. Ellinor Ellefson assists on projects like this, by helping with space planning and in narrowing the selections of finishes like flooring, paint, cabinetry, countertops, hard surfaces, appliances lighting, fixtures, hardware, art placement, etc. Sometimes all the client might need is ideas on how to reinvent what they already have, and bring new life to their homes. Color consultations are another specialty of Elle Interiors. Rates are based on an hourly fee, with a two hour minimum.
Design services
Ellinor Ellefson works with clients on full-scale design, construction, and remodeling projects where Ellinor designs the spaces and the client manages the construction part of it. Design services at this level can consist of space planning, furnishings, window treatments, materials and finishes selections, etc.
Project management
This level of services means that Elle Interiors collaborates with a client on all design elements of the home, while also handling the daily management of budgets, contractors, and headaches. Elle Interiors helps the client all the way, from creating a design concept to the actual construction and/or installation of the new spaces.
Staging
Elle Interiors is one of the most successful staging companies in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Our staging services vary from 2 hour staging consultations, to light stagings and fully furnished stagings. The properties that Elle Interiors stage sell faster and for more money than unstaged similar properties.
