Ellinor Ellefson was born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden. As a teen, she and her family moved to Paris, France, where the family spent a few years in the middle of some of the world's most well known historic sites and art. Back in Sweden, Ellinor decided to study History of Art, Architecture and Design at the University of Stockholm. This became a foundation for her extensive knowledge within this field.
After her studies, Ellinor decided to pursue a dream of working in France. For 8 years, she was working, traveling, and studying Art, Architecture and Design in various parts of France, as well as spending time in other parts of Europe, such as Italy, Spain, and, Greece. Her work also took her to places such as Australia and Southeast Asia. After meeting her American husband, she landed in Phoenix, AZ, and since 1998 she has called Arizona home. She lives with her husband and two children in Chandler, and became a U.S. Citizen in 2008.
Ellinor Ellefson went to Scottsdale Community College for a degree in Interior Design, and launched her own business in 2007. That same year she won the annual “Inspire” Design Competition with an Extreme Makeover of a Teen Bedroom, which was showcased as a front page story in The East Valley Tribune’s Home section. In 2009 she won First Place in Maricopa County Home Show Design Competition. Her own home has also been featured in Arizona Republic (2010), as a “Cool Home” and in 2012 Arizona Foothills magazine featured her as an "Inspirational working mom".
As an Interior Designer and Color Consultant, Ellinor Ellefson, Allied Member ASID and member of the NKBA, works with large and small-scale projects within the Interior Design field. Her firm, Elle Interiors, specializes in residential interior design and small commercial spaces, and does everything from design- and color consultations, to new homes, remodels, redesigns, room makeovers, home staging and more.
With her long background in the Art and Design field, Ellinor Ellefson is proficient in any style. Even though her designs always are anchored by the taste and lifestyle of each individual client, a signature mark for Ellinor Ellefson’s designs is beauty, comfort, and function - always together!

Laurie Westberg was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In her early 20’s she moved to New York and pursued her dream to become a designer in the fashion business. In her mid20’s she moved to Milan, Italy where she lived for 8 years. She honed and developed her design skills and color sense, working with several European designers, and absorbed herself in European Art, Architecture and Design. She visited many countries while living in Italy and was exposed to beauty, design, architecture and art in many shapes and forms.
She relocated to New York where she pursued a degree in International Marketing and Business, and worked for Peter Marino, one of the world’s top 50 architects. After 9/11 she moved to Park City, Utah and worked for 7 years as an art consultant to one of Utah’s favorite artists, Susan Swartz. Laurie pursued a degree in Interior Design at Salt Lake Community College. She took several first place awards in the School’s Annual Design Show, and passed a LEED exam for sustainable building certification in 2010. She relocated to Phoenix to be nearer to family, and was hired by Elle Interiors in December 2010.
